### sch.1B-sec.45 Relationship with other Acts The Commercial Arbitration Act 2013 does not apply to domestic building work unless the relevant arbitration agreement under that Act— is an agreement other than a domestic building contract; and is entered into after the dispute to which it relates arises. sch 1B s 45 ins 2014 No. 57 s 60 amd 2017 No. 43 s 306 - (a) is an agreement other than a domestic building contract; and - (b) is entered into after the dispute to which it relates arises.
