### sch.1B-sec.32 Arbitration clauses A provision of a regulated contract, or other agreement, requiring that a dispute under the contract be referred to arbitration is void. Subsection (1) does not apply to a provision of an agreement, other than a regulated contract, if the agreement is entered into after a dispute under the contract arises. sch 1B s 32 ins 2014 No. 57 s 60 (sch.1B-sec.32-ssec.1) A provision of a regulated contract, or other agreement, requiring that a dispute under the contract be referred to arbitration is void.
