### sch.1B-sec.12 References to particular terms In this schedule— a reference to a building contractor in association with a reference to a domestic building contract is a reference to the building contractor under the contract; and a reference to a building owner in association with a reference to a domestic building contract is a reference to the building owner under the contract; and a reference to contracted services in association with a reference to a domestic building contract is a reference to the contracted services for the contract; and a reference to subject work in association with a reference to a domestic building contract is a reference to the subject work for the contract; and a reference to a building site in association with a reference to a domestic building contract is a reference to the building site for the contract. sch 1B s 12 ins 2014 No. 57 s 60 - (a) a reference to a building contractor in association with a reference to a domestic building contract is a reference to the building contractor under the contract; and - (b) a reference to a building owner in association with a reference to a domestic building contract is a reference to the building owner under the contract; and - (c) a reference to contracted services in association with a reference to a domestic building contract is a reference to the contracted services for the contract; and - (d) a reference to subject work in association with a reference to a domestic building contract is a reference to the subject work for the contract; and - (e) a reference to a building site in association with a reference to a domestic building contract is a reference to the building site for the contract.
