### sch.1-sec.99 No compensation payable
No compensation is payable by the State or the commission to any person for or in connection with the enactment or operation of a relevant amendment or anything done to carry out or give effect to a relevant amendment.
This section applies despite any other Act or law.
In this section—
relevant amendment means an amendment of the Act by the Planning (Social Impact and Community Benefit) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2025 , chapter 4D .
