### sch.1-sec.9 Validation of affected licences An affected licence is taken to be, and at all times to have been, a validly issued licence. Subsection (3) applies if— before the commencement day, an affected licence was suspended, cancelled or surrendered; and for a suspension or cancellation—the decision to suspend or cancel the licence was or is not subsequently annulled or terminated under this Act.
