### sch.1-sec.9 Validation of affected licences
An affected licence is taken to be, and at all times to have been, a validly issued licence.
Subsection (3) applies if—
before the commencement day, an affected licence was suspended, cancelled or surrendered; and
for a suspension or cancellation—the decision to suspend or cancel the licence was or is not subsequently annulled or terminated under this Act.
Despite subsection (1), the licence is taken to have been a validly issued licence only until it was suspended, cancelled or surrendered.

(sch.1-sec.9-ssec.1) An affected licence is taken to be, and at all times to have been, a validly issued licence.
