### sch.1-sec.83 Application of pts 3A, 3B, 3C and 3E Parts 3A, 3B, 3C and 3E apply to a site supervisor only in relation to a relevant event that happens after the commencement. Part 3A, division 4 applies in relation to an individual, other than a site supervisor, who is an excluded individual for a relevant event, whether the event happened before or after the commencement.
