### sch.1-sec.81 Accountants excluded under minimum financial requirements before commencement This section applies if, before the commencement, the commission decided not to approve a person as a qualified accountant for the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (Minimum Financial Requirements) Regulation 2018 , section 11D. As soon as practicable after the commencement, the commission must give the person an exclusion notice for the decision.
