### sch.1-sec.78 Continuing classes of licences that automatically transition to new licence class Subsection (2) applies to a licensee who immediately before the commencement held a contractor’s licence for refrigeration, airconditioning and mechanical services including unlimited design licence. The licensee is taken to be a licensee for a mechanical services—air-conditioning and refrigeration (unlimited design), subject to any conditions applying to the licence.
