### sch.1-sec.74 Current investigations This Act as in force after the commencement applies to an investigation under this Act started but not finished before the commencement. Without limiting subsection (1)— the commission may— give a direction under section 74AN during or after conducting an investigation under part 6A; and use information mentioned in section 74A(3) for the investigation, including information obtained before the commencement; and an inspector may exercise powers under part 9 for the investigation. sch 1 s 74 ins 2017 No. 29 s 30 (sch.1-sec.74-ssec.1) This Act as in force after the commencement applies to an investigation under this Act started but not finished before the commencement.
