### sch.1-sec.62 Domestic building contracts entered into before repeal Despite the repeal, the Domestic Building Contracts Act 2000 , as in force immediately before the repeal, continues to apply— for a domestic building contract entered into before the repeal; and to the parties to a domestic building contract mentioned in paragraph (a).
