### sch.1-sec.43 Ministerial directions to former authority
A pending Ministerial direction to the former authority applies, if the context permits, to the commission as it would have applied to the former authority.
In this section—
pending Ministerial direction means a direction by the Minister under section 7 of the QBSA Act and in effect immediately before the transfer day.

(sch.1-sec.43-ssec.1) A pending Ministerial direction to the former authority applies, if the context permits, to the commission as it would have applied to the former authority.
