### sch.1-sec.26 Certain board’s policies continue in force
The board’s policies that are general policies in force under the Act before amendment—
continue in force as board’s policies under the Act after amendment; and
may be reviewed by the board and amended or repealed as if they were made under section 9A of the Act after amendment.
The board’s policies that are supervision policies continue in force only until the commencement of section 17 of the amendment Act.
In this section—
Act after amendment means the Queensland Building Services Authority Act 1991 as in force immediately after the commencement of section 6 of the amendment Act.
Act before amendment means the Queensland Building Services Authority Act 1991 as in force immediately before the commencement of section 6 of the amendment Act.
amendment Act means the Queensland Building Services Authority and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2003 .

(sch.1-sec.26-ssec.1) The board’s policies that are general policies in force under the Act before amendment— continue in force as board’s policies under the Act after amendment; and may be reviewed by the board and amended or repealed as if they were made under section 9A of the Act after amendment.

(sch.1-sec.26-ssec.3) In this section— Act after amendment means the Queensland Building Services Authority Act 1991 as in force immediately after the commencement of section 6 of the amendment Act. Act before amendment means the Queensland Building Services Authority Act 1991 as in force immediately before the commencement of section 6 of the amendment Act. amendment Act means the Queensland Building Services Authority and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2003 .
- (a) continue in force as board’s policies under the Act after amendment; and
- (b) may be reviewed by the board and amended or repealed as if they were made under section 9A of the Act after amendment.
