### sch.1-sec.25 Validation of provision about courses of instruction for owner-builders This section applies to section 13(4) and (5) of the regulation as in force, or purporting to be in force, before the commencement of this section. Section 13(4) and (5) are taken to have been, and to be, valid at all times including for the purpose of specifying a course of instruction under section 44 (3) of the Act . Without limiting subsection (2), the board is taken to have had the power to make the policies mentioned in section 13(4) and (5) of the regulation. sch 1 s 25 ins 2003 No. 1 s 43 (sch.1-sec.25-ssec.1) This section applies to section 13(4) and (5) of the regulation as in force, or purporting to be in force, before the commencement of this section.
