### sch.1-sec.19 Validation of provision about terms of insurance policy This section applies to section 24 of the regulation as in force, or purporting to be in force, before the commencement of this section. The section is taken to have been valid at all times including for the purpose of prescribing the terms of a policy of insurance under section 69 (2) of the Act as in force at a time mentioned in subsection (1). Without limiting subsection (2), the board is taken to have had the power to make the policies mentioned in the section of the regulation. sch 1 s 19 ins 2003 No. 1 s 43 (sch.1-sec.19-ssec.1) This section applies to section 24 of the regulation as in force, or purporting to be in force, before the commencement of this section.
