### sch.1-sec.103 Persons who are taken to carry out particular building work This section applies in relation to building work— mentioned in section 71I; and that is the subject of a contract for carrying out building work that was made before the commencement. Former section 71I continues to apply in relation to the building work as if the amendment Act had not been enacted. sch 1 s 103 ins 2025 No. 28 s 39 (sch.1-sec.103-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to building work— mentioned in section 71I; and that is the subject of a contract for carrying out building work that was made before the commencement. (sch.1-sec.103-ssec.2) Former section 71I continues to apply in relation to the building work as if the amendment Act had not been enacted. - (a) mentioned in section 71I; and - (b) that is the subject of a contract for carrying out building work that was made before the commencement.
