### sec.62 Non-application of s 105ZP This section applies to a public thoroughfare easement registered— in relation to Queen’s Wharf freehold land; and under the Land Title Act , section 89 , because of the operation of section 58 . The Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 , section 105ZP does not apply to the public thoroughfare easement or land affected by the easement. (sec.62-ssec.1) This section applies to a public thoroughfare easement registered— in relation to Queen’s Wharf freehold land; and under the Land Title Act , section 89 , because of the operation of section 58 . (sec.62-ssec.2) The Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 , section 105ZP does not apply to the public thoroughfare easement or land affected by the easement. - (a) in relation to Queen’s Wharf freehold land; and - (b) under the Land Title Act , section 89 , because of the operation of section 58 .
