### sec.50 Trust instruments A person may hold an interest in a sublease of a Queen’s Wharf headlease in trust even if the requirement for the interest in trust to be registered under the Land Act , section 374A has not been met. Subsection (1) does not affect a person registering the person’s interest as trustee in the way required under the Land Act , sections 374A and 375 . The Land Act , sections 374A and 375 include requirements that apply to holding or registering an interest in a sublease in trust.
