### sec.48 Application of Land Act to granting and leasing This division has effect despite any limitation or requirement under the following provisions of the Land Act — section 15 (4) ; section 16 ; section 122 . The Land Act , section 127 does not prevent land reclaimed under the authority of an Act from being— included in a declaration; or granted or leased in accordance with this division. (sec.48-ssec.1) This division has effect despite any limitation or requirement under the following provisions of the Land Act — section 15 (4) ; section 16 ; section 122 .
