### sec.39 Disclosure notice The relevant entity may, by written notice (a disclosure notice ), direct a person mentioned in subsection (2) to make the disclosure required by section 40 . For subsection (1) , the persons are— a person who holds interests in the relevant entity; or a person named in a previous disclosure under section 40 as holding, or having given instructions about, interests in the relevant entity.
