### sec.96 Application of amounts paid or credited if 2 or more debts due This section applies if— 2 or more debts are payable to SPER by an employer under this part; and an employer pays an amount, or the registrar credits an amount towards a debt. Division 9 applies to the amount despite any direction of the employer to the contrary.
