### sec.73B Enforcement officer may authorise tow This section applies if an enforcement officer arranges for a motor vehicle seized under an enforcement warrant to be towed to a holding yard. An enforcement officer may sign a towing authority for the seized vehicle. The driver of a tow truck towing the seized motor vehicle under a towing authority must tow the vehicle to— if the enforcement officer directs the driver to tow the motor vehicle to a particular holding yard—the holding yard; or if paragraph (a) does not apply—the holding yard to which the driver ordinarily tows motor vehicles.
