### sec.69A Particular matters about enforcement of enforcement warrant
The registrar must give an enforcement warrant to an enforcement officer to be enforced, subject to any instruction under section 69 (1) for the warrant.
An enforcement officer must—
have the warrant in the enforcement officer’s possession when enforcing the warrant; and
for a warrant to seize or sell property—show the warrant to any person claiming an interest in the property to be seized.
Actual seizure is not necessary to authorise the sale of real property under an enforcement warrant.
If there is an advertisement of a notice about real property under section 73H , an enforcement officer is taken to have seized the real property for the purpose of this division.
