### sec.68A Offence of concealing, selling, transferring or otherwise dealing with property subject to seizure
An enforcement debtor who is served with a copy of an enforcement warrant to seize and sell property must not conceal, sell, transfer or otherwise deal with the property with intent to—
defeat the enforcement of the warrant; or
adversely affect any seizure or sale of the property under this Act.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units or 3 years imprisonment.
