### sec.64 Registrar may cancel, suspend or vary enforcement warrant for seizure of property
A person claiming an interest in property that is or is about to be seized or sold under an enforcement warrant may apply to the registrar for the cancellation, suspension or variation of all or part of the warrant, including because of facts that arise or are discovered after the warrant was issued.
The application must state the facts relied on by the applicant.
The registrar may, by order, cancel, suspend or vary an enforcement warrant.
(sec.64-ssec.1) A person claiming an interest in property that is or is about to be seized or sold under an enforcement warrant may apply to the registrar for the cancellation, suspension or variation of all or part of the warrant, including because of facts that arise or are discovered after the warrant was issued.
