### sec.37 Effect of cancellation of instalment payment notice
On the cancellation of an instalment payment notice under this division, the registrar must—
increase the unpaid amount to which the notice relates by the amount of the registration fee; and
issue to the person an enforcement order for the total of the unpaid amount.
