### sec.32N Effect of this part on enforcement action This section applies if a work and development order is made for an individual in relation to an amount. No enforcement action may be taken against the individual in relation to the amount while the individual is complying with the order. To remove any doubt, it is declared that nothing in subsection (2) prevents enforcement action being taken against the individual in relation to an amount that is not subject to the order. s 32N ins 2017 No. 13 s 24 (sec.32N-ssec.1) This section applies if a work and development order is made for an individual in relation to an amount. (sec.32N-ssec.2) No enforcement action may be taken against the individual in relation to the amount while the individual is complying with the order. (sec.32N-ssec.3) To remove any doubt, it is declared that nothing in subsection (2) prevents enforcement action being taken against the individual in relation to an amount that is not subject to the order.
