### sec.32J Application for work and development order An approved sponsor may, with the agreement of an individual (the subject applicant ), apply on behalf of the individual to the registrar for a work and development order to satisfy all or part of the WDO eligible amount of the individual’s SPER debt if the individual is eligible for the order under section 32H . The application must— state the grounds on which the subject applicant is eligible for the order; and state the activities that are proposed to be carried out by the subject applicant under a work and development order and the time by which the activities are proposed to be completed.
