### sec.26 When alleged offender can not elect to have offence decided by court
This section applies if a person served with an infringement notice for an offence—
pays the fine for the offence to the administering authority; or
applies to the administering authority to pay the fine for the offence by instalments.
The person may not elect to have the matter decided by a Magistrates Court.
(sec.26-ssec.1) This section applies if a person served with an infringement notice for an offence— pays the fine for the offence to the administering authority; or applies to the administering authority to pay the fine for the offence by instalments.
(sec.26-ssec.2) The person may not elect to have the matter decided by a Magistrates Court.
- (a) pays the fine for the offence to the administering authority; or
- (b) applies to the administering authority to pay the fine for the offence by instalments.
