### sec.193 Continuation of particular certificate evidence
In a proceeding under this or another Act a certificate purporting to be signed by the registrar and stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter—
a stated person applied to SPER to pay the fine under an infringement notice by instalments;
a stated person applied to SPER for conversion, of an amount payable because of a fine, to hours of unpaid community service under a fine option order;
a stated fine option order relating to a stated person was revoked on a stated day.
