### sec.176 Transitional provision about management of office
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement of the amendment provision, an enforcement order, warrant or fine collection notice properly made or issued by a member of the staff of the registry was still in force.
The order, warrant or notice continues in force according to its terms as if the amendment provision had not commenced.
A member of the staff of the registry continues to have the same immunities and protections in relation to making or issuing the relevant document as the staff member would have had if the amendment provision had not commenced.
In this section—
amendment provision means section 4 of the amendment Act.

(sec.176-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement of the amendment provision, an enforcement order, warrant or fine collection notice properly made or issued by a member of the staff of the registry was still in force.
(sec.176-ssec.2) The order, warrant or notice continues in force according to its terms as if the amendment provision had not commenced.
(sec.176-ssec.3) A member of the staff of the registry continues to have the same immunities and protections in relation to making or issuing the relevant document as the staff member would have had if the amendment provision had not commenced.
