### sec.161 Delegation by registrar
Subject to section 10C , the registrar may delegate functions and powers of the registrar, or of SPER, under this Act or another Act to an appropriately qualified person.
Without limiting subsection (1) , the registrar may delegate, to a bailiff, the registrar’s power to appoint a contracted debt collector as an enforcement officer.
If the registrar is an authorised person for an infringement notice, the registrar may delegate the registrar’s functions and powers as an authorised person to an appropriately qualified person.
