### sec.159C Appointment The registrar may, by instrument in writing, appoint any of the following persons as an enforcement officer— a public service employee or contracted debt collector— who is appropriately qualified; and who the registrar is satisfied is of good character and otherwise suitable for appointment; the sheriff, deputy sheriff or bailiff of a court. s 159C ins 2022 No. 10 s 32 - (a) a public service employee or contracted debt collector— (i) who is appropriately qualified; and (ii) who the registrar is satisfied is of good character and otherwise suitable for appointment; - (i) who is appropriately qualified; and - (ii) who the registrar is satisfied is of good character and otherwise suitable for appointment; - (b) the sheriff, deputy sheriff or bailiff of a court. - (i) who is appropriately qualified; and - (ii) who the registrar is satisfied is of good character and otherwise suitable for appointment;
