### sec.159C Appointment
The registrar may, by instrument in writing, appoint any of the following persons as an enforcement officer—
a public service employee or contracted debt collector—
who is appropriately qualified; and
who the registrar is satisfied is of good character and otherwise suitable for appointment;
the sheriff, deputy sheriff or bailiff of a court.
