### sec.150AA Registrar may waive or return fee The registrar may waive or return all or part of a fee payable by a person under this Act in the circumstances prescribed by regulation. However, a fee that is waived may be reinstated if— the fee was incorrectly identified for waiver; or the reinstatement is permitted under the circumstances prescribed by regulation. s 150AA ins 2017 No. 13 s 77 (sec.150AA-ssec.1) The registrar may waive or return all or part of a fee payable by a person under this Act in the circumstances prescribed by regulation. (sec.150AA-ssec.2) However, a fee that is waived may be reinstated if— the fee was incorrectly identified for waiver; or the reinstatement is permitted under the circumstances prescribed by regulation. - (a) the fee was incorrectly identified for waiver; or - (b) the reinstatement is permitted under the circumstances prescribed by regulation.
