### sec.134J Limited use of self-incriminating information
This section applies if, in compliance with a requirement to give the registrar information or a document under section 134C or 134D , a person gives the registrar information or a document that might tend to incriminate the person.
Evidence of, or evidence directly or indirectly derived from, the information or document is not admissible in evidence against the person in a criminal proceeding, other than a proceeding in which the falsity or misleading nature of the information or document is relevant.

(sec.134J-ssec.1) This section applies if, in compliance with a requirement to give the registrar information or a document under section 134C or 134D , a person gives the registrar information or a document that might tend to incriminate the person.
