### sec.134E Power to record giving of information This section applies if a person is giving information to the registrar under section 134D . With the person’s knowledge, a recording may be made, in the way the registrar considers appropriate, of questions asked by the registrar and information given by the person. The registrar must give the person a copy of the recording if asked to do so by the person. s 134E ins 2017 No. 13 s 73 (sec.134E-ssec.1) This section applies if a person is giving information to the registrar under section 134D .
