### sec.108O Immobilisation period and access to vehicle
An immobilising device and immobilisation notice may be attached to a vehicle stated in an immobilisation warrant for no longer than 14 days (the immobilisation period ).
The enforcement debtor is not prevented from accessing the vehicle, for example, to retrieve personal property, during the immobilisation period.
