### sec.108M Powers under immobilisation search warrant
An enforcement officer has the following powers under an immobilisation search warrant—
power to enter and re-enter stated premises and to stay on the premises for the time reasonably necessary to search for the vehicle;
power to search for the vehicle;
power to use reasonable help for paragraphs (a) and (b) .
