### sec.108E Registrar may cancel, suspend or vary immobilisation warrant
A person claiming an interest in a vehicle that is or is about to be immobilised under an immobilisation warrant may apply to the registrar for the cancellation, suspension or variation of all or part of the warrant, including because of facts that arise or are discovered after the warrant was issued.
The application must be written and state the facts relied on by the applicant.
The registrar may, by order, cancel, suspend or vary an immobilisation warrant.

(sec.108E-ssec.1) A person claiming an interest in a vehicle that is or is about to be immobilised under an immobilisation warrant may apply to the registrar for the cancellation, suspension or variation of all or part of the warrant, including because of facts that arise or are discovered after the warrant was issued.
