### sec.87 Shared accommodation
It is not unlawful for a person to discriminate in deciding who is to reside in accommodation that—
forms part of, and is intended to continue to form part of, the main home of the person or a near relative; and
is for no more than 3 people other than a person mentioned in paragraph (a) or near relatives of such a person.
