### sec.80 Sites of cultural or religious significance
It is not unlawful to discriminate on the basis of sex, age, race or religion with respect to a matter that is otherwise prohibited under subdivision 1 if—
the relevant interest in land is an interest in land or a building of cultural or religious significance; and
the discrimination—
is in accordance with the culture concerned or the doctrine of the religion concerned; and
is necessary to avoid offending the cultural or religious sensitivities of people of the culture or religion.
