### sec.48 Sites of cultural or religious significance
A person may restrict access to land or a building of cultural or religious significance by people who are not of a particular sex, age, race or religion if the restriction—
is in accordance with the culture concerned or the doctrine of the religion concerned; and
is necessary to avoid offending the cultural or religious sensitivities of people of the culture or religion.
