### sec.271 Application of ch 2, pt 5
Chapter 2, part 5 as in force immediately before the introduction day continues to apply in relation to a pre-introduction complaint.
Chapter 2, part 5 as amended by the amendment Act applies in relation to a complaint made under section 136 on or after the introduction day.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that subsection (2) applies for the purposes of—
the hearing of the complaint by the tribunal; and
any appeal against a decision or order made by the tribunal in relation to the complaint.
In this section—
amendment Act means the Youth Justice (Boot Camp Orders) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2012 .
introduction day means the day on which the Bill for the amendment Act was introduced in the Legislative Assembly.
pre-introduction complaint means a complaint made under section 136 before the introduction day, whether or not the complaint is accepted by the commissioner before the introduction day.
