### sec.267 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
A regulation may make provision about—
the exercise of the commissioner’s powers; and
the fees to be paid for making a complaint to the commission under chapter 7 .
A regulation may provide that contravention of a regulation is an offence and prescribe a maximum penalty for the offence of not more than 20 penalty units.

(sec.267-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
