### sec.266 Protection from civil actions—complaint etc. If— a complaint has been made to the commissioner; or a submission has been made or a document, information or evidence given to the commissioner or the former Anti-Discrimination Tribunal; a person incurs no civil liability in respect of loss, damage or injury of any kind suffered by another person merely because the complaint or submission was made or the document, information or evidence given. s 266 amd 2009 No. 24 s 1363 - (a) a complaint has been made to the commissioner; or - (b) a submission has been made or a document, information or evidence given to the commissioner or the former Anti-Discrimination Tribunal;
