### sec.26 Residential domestic services
It is not unlawful for a person to discriminate—
in the arrangements made for deciding who should be offered work; or
in deciding who should be offered work; or
in failing to offer work; or
in dismissing a worker;
if the work is to perform domestic services at the person’s home.
Subsection (1) does not apply to discrimination on the basis of race.
(sec.26-ssec.1) It is not unlawful for a person to discriminate— in the arrangements made for deciding who should be offered work; or in deciding who should be offered work; or in failing to offer work; or in dismissing a worker; if the work is to perform domestic services at the person’s home.
(sec.26-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply to discrimination on the basis of race.
