### sec.258 Performance of functions The Minister may make an arrangement with a Commonwealth Minister for or in relation to— the performance on a joint basis of any functions of the commission or the registrar of the tribunal; or the performance by the Commonwealth or a Commonwealth instrumentality on behalf of the State of any functions of the commission or the registrar; or the performance by the commission or the registrar of functions on behalf of the Commonwealth. - (a) the performance on a joint basis of any functions of the commission or the registrar of the tribunal; or - (b) the performance by the Commonwealth or a Commonwealth instrumentality on behalf of the State of any functions of the commission or the registrar; or - (c) the performance by the commission or the registrar of functions on behalf of the Commonwealth.
