### sec.240 Preservation of rights If a public service officer is appointed as the commissioner, the person retains— any long service leave and other leave entitlements accrued or accruing; and any other rights and entitlements accrued or accruing under that Act and any other Act; as if the person’s service as commissioner were a continuation of the person’s service as a public service officer. s 240 amd 1996 No. 37 s 147 sch 2 - (a) any long service leave and other leave entitlements accrued or accruing; and - (b) any other rights and entitlements accrued or accruing under that Act and any other Act;
