### sec.202 Tribunal approval needed for settlement or withdrawal of representative complaint
A representative complaint may be settled or withdrawn only with the approval of the tribunal.
If the tribunal gives approval under subsection (1) , the tribunal may make any orders it considers just for the distribution of money paid under a settlement or paid to the tribunal.
