### sec.172 Commissioner may extend time limits The commissioner may extend a time limit specified in this part for the doing of anything (whether by a party or the commissioner) if the commissioner is of the reasonable opinion that— the extension will not cause undue hardship to any party; and there are reasonable grounds for granting the extension.
