### sec.158 Conciliation of complaints
If the commissioner believes that a complaint may be resolved by conciliation, the commissioner must try to resolve it in that way.
Subsection (1) applies in relation to a complaint even if the commissioner has, under section 141A (2) , deferred deciding whether or not to accept the complaint under section 138 (2) to the extent it relates to an out-of-time contravention.
